Dr. 凯文一. 球, dean of the School of 健康科学 (SHS) at 韦德体育app官网 (OU), enjoys providing team vision, 学术领导, research mentorship and administrative oversight in over 30 programs across the School’s five broad academic themes / departments.

With more than 100 scholarly publications and presentations, Dr. 球’s early career-research focused on human movement science through gait, posture and balance analysis. His later interests have turned to interdisciplinary health program development and organization.

Prior to joining OU in 2016, Dr. 球 served as associate dean for research and community in the College of Education, 护理 and Health Professions at the University of Hartford. 在那之前, he served as academic director for the Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics program, the director of the human movement science laboratory and taught in the physical therapy department. He has also held academic positions at the University of Buffalo, 伊萨卡学院, New York Chiropractic College, McMaster University and the University of Toronto.

Dr. 球 has chaired and/or served on many academic/administrative planning committees covering a broad range of topics and has contributed to multiple community partnerships promoting STEM education. He is also experienced in grant review in the rehabilitation sciences.
